MANUAL THERAPY

Manipulating, mobilizing and massaging soft tissues.

This can help in reliving pain and stiffness , improve blood circulation, helps fluid drain more efficiently from parts of the body, and improve the movement of different parts of the body.

ULTRASOUND & ELECTROTHERAPY

Therapeutic Ultrasound is one of the most common treatments used for soft tissue injuries.  High frequency sound waves are used to treat deep tissue injuries by stimulating blood circulation and cell activity, with the aim of reducing pain and spasms, as well as speeding up healing

Interferential therapy involves the passing of two currents through the soft tissue which can relieve pain and accelerate the self-healing process.
