Nobody should suffer pain and discomfort.
Physiotherapy helps to restore movement and function when someone is affected by injury or disability. It can also help to reduce your risk of injury in the future.
Physiotherapy exercises have been scientifically proven to be one of the most effective ways that you can solve or prevent pain and injury.

Treatments available are described below.
MANUAL THERAPY
Soft tissue mobilisation and massage can help to relieve pain and stiffness, improve blood circulation and help fluid drain more efficiently, which in turn will improve your movement and promote relaxation through movement.
ULTRASOUND & ELECTROTHERAPY
Therapeutic Ultrasound is one of the most common treatments used for soft tissue injuries
Interferential therapy involves the passing of two currents through the tissue which can relieve pain by causing an endorphin release
